As a mortgage professional in today’s world, inspiration is a word seldom spoken. I sometimes feel as though I am standing still and as much as I love my job, standing still isn’t always gratifying. However, today was a different type of day. I am inspired. A new lender representative came to meet with the staff of BMIC and opened my mind to a new product and the ability to offer mortgage relief to more of my customers, who may be standing still. The product is a Fannie Mae eligible refi plus, up to 150% loan to value. AMAZING!!!! For the first time in a long time, I have a shiny new loan product to offer my customers.
I am inspired to sell this product, and I am excited to be able to offer this!!! I don’t know how often I convey how much I love my job, all aspects of it, but a new loan product is like a pair of amazing new car I can’t wait to drive, as like the car, I can’t wait to move forward with this loan product.

Today’s blog is short, I have had a short week and with the market closing early today and the Easter weekend coming up, there haven’t been too many reflected moments.
