Today is a fairly quiet Friday. No major economic news is scheduled to be released today.
Stocks are starting the day mixed. Mortgage Bonds are slightly higher.
Let’s enjoy the quiet because on Tuesday, October 22 we will get the September jobs report, and on Friday, November 8 we will receive the October jobs report.
Mortgage loan rates are flat to slightly better than yesterday.
